Sometimes you just need a little kick in the pants to get you going. That little burst of encouragement and positivity to fire you up and get you pumped up to start the day, meet your goals, and live your dream! (I mean - that's the whole point of the affirmation challenge, right?)
In that same way, I've started setting small reminders for myself. Every day at 10am I hear that little ding and know it's time. It's become a part of my daily ritual. A quick visit to The Daily Motivator. My break in the morning to just breathe and remind myself to bask in my own greatness, relax my mind, and maybe stop taking life so seriously. Instead, just to squeeze it tightly and say "Thank you, universe. You are pretty badass."
I've been saving a few of my favourites to share with you, but when I read today's it kind of hit me like a ton of bricks. I knew it would be the perfect way to kick off the weekend.
